宮川 悟
神奈川県横浜市出身。
父の仕事の都合で香港にて生まれ、幼少期をスイスで過ごす。
15歳でプロサッカー選手を志し、単身ブラジルへ渡航。7年間にわたり現地クラブでプレーし、帰国後はJリーグ・サガン鳥栖にてプロ選手として活躍。
現役引退後は、ヴィッセル神戸トップチームの通訳を経て、クラブの強化部に所属。
海外における外国人選手・指導者のスカウトおよび獲得交渉に従事し、後に強化部副部長としてチーム全体のマネジメント業務を担う。
2017年よりプロサッカー選手のマネジメント業務を開始。
現在は、One Management株式会社の代表として、これまでの実績とグローバルネットワークを活かし、スポーツ分野におけるトータルマネジメントを行っている。
選手・指導者・クラブの持つ可能性を最大限に引き出すことを使命とし、国内外を舞台に幅広く活動している。
Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Raised in Switzerland after being born in Hong Kong due to his father’s overseas assignment.
At the age of 15, he moved to Brazil alone to pursue his dream of becoming a professional footballer. After seven years of playing for local clubs, he returned to Japan and joined Japan Professional League club Sagan Tosu as a professional player.
After retiring from playing, he worked as an interpreter for the professional team of Vissel Kobe.
He later moved into the club’s professional department, where he was involved in scouting and negotiating contracts for international players and coaches.
He eventually served as Deputy General Manager, overseeing overall team management operations.
In 2017, he began working in professional player management.
He is currently the CEO of One Management Inc., where he provides comprehensive sports management services by leveraging his deep experience and global network.
With a mission to unlock the full potential of players, coaches, and clubs, he is actively engaged in both domestic and international football.
